Candidate Profile
- 18–20 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (GM/Head of HR) in a manufacturing or engineering company.
- Proven success in leading organizational transformation and cultural change.
- Awareness of ISO 9001:2015 HR-related requirements and audit readiness.
- Deep understanding of Indian labour laws, HR fundamentals, and change management.
- Demonstrated ability to balance empathy with accountability.
- Strong communication and influencing skills; able to align diverse stakeholders around a shared purpose.
- Integrity, maturity, and a genuine passion for developing people and culture.
