Job Description – AGM/GM HR

• Provide leadership/guidance in terms of HR development and related activities.
• Have Good Experience in HR Operations, HR Statutory Compliance, Payroll, & Recruitment.
• Employee engagement/motivation etc. People are the biggest and primary asset of the company and needs nurturing (especially due to the geographical spread).
• Handling remote locations.
• Cultural development, best place of working and such criteria.
• Innovative approach in every aspect of HR. We are a differentiated company within logistics industry and must apply ground-breaking/innovative solutions to develop our teams and keep them happy.
• Must be self-motivating, self-starter and highly positive person. HR should be able to make huge positive impact at all level of the organization.
• Odd hours and more than average effort will be required.

Experience: 15 TO 20Years

Location: Bangalore ( relocating candidates cannot be considered)

Pay: From ₹30,403.96 per month
