AGM - Legal (Real Estate)

• Minimum 15 years experience of reputed Real Estate company or Real Estate strategic legal counsel.
• Updated with all land Revenue laws acts, RERA, Govt. Circulars, notifications etc. Court Judgements/ Orders, Title investigation, Co- operative departments laws & orders, Draft, review & negotiate various agreements, Sale Deeds, Conveyance Deeds, Development Agreements, RE-Development Agreements , POA etc. .
• Communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Experience - 15 Years to 18 years .
• Location - Pune
• Notice Period - Immediate joiner
