Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented AGM
Operations
to lead and manage end-to-end operations across Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing
400 franchise agents
and
250 ground-level staff
, ensuring smooth operations, driving business growth, and implementing process excellence across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
-
Oversee daily operational activities across multiple locations in west india.
-
Ensure efficient parcel movement, timely dispatch, delivery, and route optimization.
-
Establish and monitor SOPs to maintain service quality, TAT, and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with hubs, branch offices, franchise agents, and ground staff.
2. Franchise Network Management
-
Manage, support, and monitor
400+ franchise partners
.
-
Ensure franchise adherence to operational guidelines and business performance targets.

Conduct regular meetings, audits, and service quality checks.
-
Support franchisee onboarding, training, and performance improvement.
3. Team Handling & Staff Management
-
Lead and manage
250 ground-level employees
including supervisors, field staff, and operations teams.

Plan workforce allocation, productivity improvement, and performance monitoring.

Provide training, motivation, and guidance to ensure operational excellence.
4. Business Development & Revenue Growth
-
Drive business expansion initiatives across TN & Kerala.

Identify new business opportunities, partner development, and volume growth.

Work closely with senior management to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

Implement strategies to improve market share and customer base.
5. Travel & Field Operations
-
Extensive travelling across Tamil Nadu & Kerala to monitor branches, franchises, and operational points.

Conduct field audits, client visits, and franchise reviews.
6. MIS, Reporting & Compliance
-
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS related to operations, service levels, performance metrics, and revenue.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.

Implement corrective actions to minimize operational losses or discrepancies.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate (MBA preferred)

Minimum
8 years of experience
in parcel operations required.

Experience handling multi-location operations in TN & Kerala is a must
Salary:
Maximum gross up to 14 LPA
