Job Summary:
The AGM – Hospital Marketing will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the hospital’s marketing and business development strategies to enhance brand visibility, patient footfall, corporate tie-ups, and referral networks. The role demands strategic planning, team leadership, and coordination with clinical and administrative departments to achieve organizational growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning and Business Development
- Develop and execute annual marketing and business development plans aligned with hospital goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, insurance empanelments, and institutional partnerships.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to determine strategic initiatives.
- Plan and execute community outreach programs, health camps, and corporate wellness activities.
2. Branding and Promotion
- Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns (print, digital, outdoor, and social media).
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams to enhance the hospital’s online presence.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Organize events, press releases, and public relations activities to strengthen the hospital’s reputation.
3. Referral and Doctor Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
- Develop strategies to increase doctor referrals and patient retention.
- Conduct regular meetings and CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) to engage medical professionals.
4. Team Leadership and Coordination
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the marketing and business development team.
- Set measurable targets for the team and ensure timely achievement of marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with clinical, operations, and finance departments to streamline marketing initiatives.
5. Corporate and Institutional Tie-ups
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with corporate clients, TPAs, and insurance companies.
- Maintain strong relationships with HR departments of corporate clients for employee health checkups and cashless treatments.
- Track performance of corporate accounts and ensure quality service delivery.
6. Reporting and Analytics
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports to management.
- Analyze ROI on marketing campaigns and suggest corrective actions where required.
- Monitor patient inflow trends and develop strategies to address low-performing areas.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA / Master’s Degree in Marketing, Hospital Administration, or Business Development.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in hospital marketing or healthcare business development.
- Proven experience in developing and managing marketing strategies for tertiary care hospitals.
- Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, referral systems, and patient acquisition strategies.
