Agricultural Engineer - مهندس زراعي

مطلوب مهندس زراعي تخصص انتاج حيواني للعمل بدوام كامل، على أن تتوفر فيه الشروط التالية:

المتطلبات:

• خبرة عملية في تجهيز وخلط الأعلاف للقطعان بمختلف مراحلها الإنتاجية (الحمل، الرضاعة، التسمين، الفارغة).
• القدرة على وضع برامج تغذية متوازنة تساهم في تحسين الأداء الصحي والإنتاجي.
• خبرة في إدارة مخازن الأعلاف وضبط استهلاكها.
• الإلمام باحتياجات الأغنام الغذائية من الطاقة، البروتين، المعادن والفيتامينات.
• متابعة تأثير التغذية على معدلات النمو والإنتاج ووضع حلول عند وجود مشاكل.
• التعاون مع الفريق البيطري والإداري لتحقيق أفضل النتائج.
• مهارات جيدة في التوثيق وإعداد التقارير.

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Engineer to join our team full-time.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in formulating and mixing feed rations for sheep at different production stages (pregnant, lactating, fattening, and dry ewes).
• Ability to design and implement balanced nutrition programs to improve health and productivity.
• Knowledge of feed storage management and monitoring feed consumption.
• Strong understanding of nutritional requirements (energy, protein, minerals, and vitamins) for sheep.
• Ability to assess the impact of nutrition on growth rates and production performance, and provide effective solutions.
• Collaboration with the veterinary and management teams to achieve optimal results.
• Good skills in record-keeping and reporting.
