We're Hiring: Software Product Owner + Project ManagerWe are looking for a highly motivated Software Product Owner &amp; Project Manager to join our team! If you are passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions, managing projects efficiently, and ensuring that products meet business and user needs, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.</li><li>Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear user stories.</li><li>Prioritize product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features.</li><li>Oversee project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful execution.</li><li>Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Monitor and improve project processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or in a similar role in a software development environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks.</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li><li>Familiarity with Jira.</li><li>Strong analytical and decision-making skills.</li><li>A background in software development or IT is a plus.</li><li>Fluency in Arabic is essential.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
