Full Stack Developer & Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Full Stack Developer & Team Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development team, managing full-stack application architecture, and driving technical innovation while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications

Architect robust backend systems and modern, user-friendly front-end solutions

Manage, mentor, and support a team of developers

Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams

Define coding standards, development processes, and best practices

Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and application security

Lead technical decisions related to cloud infrastructure, APIs, databases, and microservices

Evaluate and implement new technologies, frameworks, and tools

Participate in product roadmap planning and technical strategy

Drive continuous improvement and innovation across projects

Maintain strong professionalism, communication, and teamwork

Requirements

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with leadership or team management experience

Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js

Strong backend development experience with Node.js, .NET, PHP, Python, or similar technologies

Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and database management

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and security best practices

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading software development teams

Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes

Agile/Scrum experience is a plus

Speaking both Arabic and English
