The Agricultural Engineer is responsible for supporting and leading field operations related to pest control, public health management, and agricultural site activities. The role involves coordinating with technical teams, supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective execution of projects, compliance with safety and quality standards, and efficient use of resources. The position combines technical oversight with operational leadership to ensure smooth day to day site and service operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide technical and operational guidance on site for pest control, public health, and agricultural activities.

- Conduct site assessments, inspections, and surveys to ensure accuracy of plans, treatments, and operational activities.
- Adherence to operational plans and site requirements
- Ensure that all materials, chemicals, equipment, and work performed comply with approved specifications, safety standards, and regulations.

- Oversee the selection, requisition, and coordination of materials and equipment to ensure timely availability for operations.

- Manage and interpret technical documents, procedures, and client requirements to ensure proper execution of services and projects.

- Liaise with consultants, supervisors, subcontractors, and internal teams; attend coordination meetings and provide progress updates.

Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Public Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in pest control, public health operations, agriculture, or a related operational field.
