Job Description
The Agricultural Engineer is responsible for managing hydroponic systems and climate-controlled greenhouses, overseeing the production of vegetables-especially leafy greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers-as well as flowers and roses. The role also includes working on plant tissue culture and supervising open-field farming activities to ensure high-quality and efficient agricultural production.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate hydroponic systems in climate-controlled greenhouses.
- Oversee rose and flower cultivation in greenhouses.
- Work on plant tissue culture for trees and plants.
- Supervise open-field farming activities.
- Monitor irrigation, fertilization, and pest control programs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hydroponics, greenhouses, open-field farming, and plant tissue culture.
