Agricultural Products Coordinator – Agaoglu Zeytin LLC (Doha, Qatar)

Position Overview
Agaoglu Zeytin LLC, a company specializing in high-quality agricultural and olive-based products, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Agricultural Products Coordinator to support sourcing, handling, quality control, and distribution of agricultural goods within our Doha operations. The role ensures smooth coordination between suppliers, production teams, logistics partners, and sales departments to maintain product quality and supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate procurement of agricultural products, with a focus on olives, olive oil, and related raw materials.
  • Liaise with local and international farmers, suppliers, and distributors to ensure consistent product supply.
  • Monitor crop quality, harvest schedules, and seasonal availability to optimize sourcing decisions.
  • Support quality assurance processes, ensuring all products meet company and regulatory standards.
  • Track inventory levels and assist in warehouse coordination and stock management.
  • Collaborate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-efficient transportation of goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of sourcing, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Assist in developing and improving supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and import/export requirements applicable in Qatar.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams with product availability updates and agricultural insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in agricultural sourcing, food supply chain, or commodity trading preferred.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural production cycles, especially olive cultivation is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple suppliers and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
  • Knowledge of GCC import/export regulations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR650,000.00 per year
