Job Description:
The Agricultural Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all agricultural and landscaping activities within assigned projects or sites. The role ensures proper implementation of planting, irrigation, maintenance, and landscaping operations while managing field workers and technical staff to achieve high-quality green space standards in line with project requirements and environmental best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily agricultural operations, including planting, propagation, pruning, and maintenance of plants, trees, and shrubs.
• Oversee the maintenance, installation, and efficient operation of irrigation systems and networks.
• Plan and execute landscaping activities to ensure the aesthetic and functional design of green areas.
• Monitor plant health and apply appropriate treatments for pests, diseases, and deficiencies.
• Assign tasks and supervise workers, gardeners, and technicians to ensure productivity and quality of work.
• Ensure proper use of tools, machinery, fertilizers, and agricultural materials.
• Follow up on work progress and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for agricultural materials and services when needed.
• Train and guide staff to improve performance and technical skills.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and sustainability of all green areas under supervision.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in agriculture or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of practical experience in agricultural supervision or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites if required.
• Good command of Arabic and English languages (spoken and written).
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
