Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all landscaping and agricultural works within assigned facilities and communities.

Plan, operate, and maintain irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler, and automated systems) to ensure optimal water efficiency.

Monitor plant health, soil conditions, fertilizers, and pest control programs.

Ensure proper maintenance of lawns, trees, shrubs, and ornamental plants across all sites.

Prepare and implement landscape maintenance schedules and annual agricultural plans.

Coordinate with landscaping contractors and service providers; monitor performance and quality of work.

Conduct regular site inspections and prepare technical reports on landscape conditions and improvements.

Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

Optimize operational costs related to landscaping, irrigation, and agricultural materials.

Support sustainability initiatives, including water conservation and eco-friendly practices.

Respond to operational issues and provide technical solutions related to agricultural facilities.

Prepare regular reports on agricultural performance, challenges, and achievements.

Analyze data and provide insights to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in
Agricultural & Irrigation Engineering
or a related field.

Minimum
2–5 years of experience
in landscaping, irrigation, or facilities management (experience in real estate or large communities is preferred).

Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, plant maintenance, soil management, and fertilizers.

Familiarity with facilities management operations and contractor supervision.

Good understanding of sustainability and water-saving techniques.
-
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
-
Ability to work on-site and manage multiple locations.
-
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with FM systems is an advantage.
