Agronomist

• Develop and implement effective crop management plans.
• Monitor and analyze soil health, weather patterns, and pest threats.
• Recommend and supervise the use of fertilizers, pesticides, and irrigation.
• Train and manage field staff on best agronomic practices.
• Ensure compliance with agricultural standards and regulations.
• Conduct field trials and research to improve productivity and sustainability.
• Maintain records of planting, spraying, fertilizing, and harvesting activities.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and agricultural consultants.
• Provide regular reports on crop status, yield projections, and costs.
• Evaluate and implement modern farming technologies and tools.
• 7-9 years of experience
