Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced AHPRA-registered Dentist Trainer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and mentoring candidates preparing for Australian Dental Council (ADC) and AHPRA registration exams. The trainer will play a key role in ensuring that learners gain the necessary clinical knowledge, communication skills, and practical competencies required for registration and practice in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theory training sessions for ADC/AHPRA Dentist aspirants.
• Develop and deliver structured lesson plans, course materials, and assessments.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Prepare candidates for OSCE, written, and clinical components of the ADC examination.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AHPRA and ADC standards and examination frameworks.
• Support curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure program quality.
• Mentor and guide students throughout their professional development journey.

Qualifications & Experience

• Essential: AHPRA-registered Dentist with valid license.
• Preferred: Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training ADC candidates.
• Strong understanding of Australian dental practice standards and protocols.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate about education, training, and student success.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience post-registration.
