AI Adoption Specialist

We are hiring an "AI Adoption Specialist" to support enterprise AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption across leading organizations in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver executive and user workshops in Arabic
• Support Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption across business functions
• Support onboarding, training, and change management initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Bahraini National.
• Strong Arabic & English communication skills.
• 3–6 years of experience in consulting, training, technology adoption, or change management.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Gemini.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience in government, banking, or semi-government sectors is a plus.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Management, Communications, or related field.

Pay: From BD700.000 per month
