We’re supporting a global fintech operating in high-performance trading markets who are building the next generation of AI-powered “Super Employees.”

This is not a chatbot role.

We’re looking for an AI Agentic Architect to design and deploy multi-agent systems that can reason, plan, self-correct, and execute complex workflows across customer support and operational pipelines.

🔹 Architect scalable multi-agent systems (MAS)

🔹 Build LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Moltbot)

🔹 Design RAG pipelines with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate)

🔹 Re-engineer workflows into fully autonomous, AI-driven systems

🔹 Define KPIs for reasoning accuracy, tool reliability & performance

What we’re looking for:

✔ Deep experience in distributed systems architecture

✔ Expert Python (incl. async programming)

✔ Strong understanding of ReAct, Chain-of-Thought & agent memory

✔ Experience in high-throughput environments (trading, fintech, logistics preferred)

✔ Proven track record deploying autonomous agents in production
