Responsibilities:
Noblis is seeking cleared AI Analysts to support our customer in Bethesda MD. The role is supporting a SETA contract.
The AI Analyst will be responsible for designing AI/ML models, performing advanced analysis of complex datasets, and identifying data security vulnerabilities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between data science, model architecture, and security compliance while operating within the IC governance frameworks.
Job Responsibilities:

Design and architect AI/ML models tailored to customer requirements and mission objectives.

Analyze complex, multi-source datasets to extract actionable intelligence and insights.

Evaluate model performance, accuracy, and reliability across traditional ML and advanced AI implementation.

Collaborate with AI/ML Modeler Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to translate analytical findings into production-ready solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

US Citizenship is required.

Experience developing and implementing artificial intelligence (Al) and machine learning (ML) solutions using emerging technologies such as deep learning, natural language processing, generative AI, and Agentic Al.

Experience analyzing complex data sets to identify patterns and trends, and designs and develops Al/ML models to solve business problems.

Understands model differences and applicability across different use cases to advise appropriate solutioning for a variety of functions.

Ability to identify potential data security and integrity issues ahead of implementation.

Senior Level:

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
Posted Salary Range: USD $109,800.00 - USD $251,325.00 /Yr.
