AI and Data Analytics Senior Specialist.Enterprise Information Management

Job Purpose

to Design & Develop analytical models & AI Solutions to support internal business units using AI, predictive & descriptive techniques through all kind of data store.

Report To Position Name

• Build, test and deliver new AI solutions / analytics models using the relevant datasets
• Data preparation, cleansing, SQL and NO-SQL optimization and implementing statistical models
• Play effective role in decision making processes for business units by developing different types of models (descriptive, predictive , AI , GenAI…)
• Working closely with commercial teams to present the recommended actions based on the outcome from the models/analytical results

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

• • • Basic experience working with Generative AI models such as LLMs (e.g., GPT‑based models), diffusion models, or embedding models.
• Ability to use GenAI tools for text generation, summarization, prompt engineering, and basic automation use cases.
• Understanding of prompt engineering fundamentals, including prompt structure, context building, and output refinement.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases for data extraction and manipulation.
• Basic knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Understanding of data visualization tools or libraries (Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical tasks using AI, ML, or GenAI techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Good command of English (reading, writing, and communication).

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

• Good system analysis and design skills • Good knowledge of database implementation using relational databases • Good experience in SQL & PL/SQL techniques • Knowledge of formal analysis and design methodologies is a plus

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

• 1-3 years of application development/implementation experience
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and core ML algorithms.
• Hands‑on experience with Python for data analysis and model development (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
