AI and HR Tech Intern GenAI and Automation Projects

We are looking for an AI and HR Tech Intern to help design and develop custom AI and automation solutions for our HR systems. The role includes working directly with AI agents, backend and frontend development, and API integrations without using third-party automation tools such as n8n or Zapier.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and integrate AI agents using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or custom models.
• Develop backend applications using Laravel, Node.js, or Python, and frontend applications using React or Vue.js for HR automation.
• Connect AI systems with internal applications, databases, and HR platforms.
• Customize AI-based workflows for recruitment, onboarding, and analytics.
• Research and test new AI applications for HR use cases.

Requirements

• Good understanding of AI, large language models, and full-stack development.
• Experience using OpenAI APIs or similar tools.
• Ability to work with APIs, manage data, and create effective prompts.
• Knowledge of HR technology concepts is an advantage.
