Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Objective of the Role: We are seeing an AI Animator who can leverage modern AI animation tools along with traditional motion design software to create engaging animations for e learning content. You will work with scriptwriters and instructional designers to bring ideas to life through explainer videos, 2D animations, and motion graphics.

Description:

• Produce AI animations, explainer videos, character animations, and motion graphics using AI tools like Runway, Pika, and other emerging platforms.
• Edit and enhance animations using traditional tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Animate.
• Translate learning concepts and storyboards into visually engaging animated sequences.
• Create motion assets, transitions, kinetic text, and animated elements for e-learning modules.
• Refine AI-generated video content, ensuring smooth transitions, pacing, and visual clarity
• Demonstrate versatility as an artist, drawing in different styles as required
• Knowledge of concept art, storyboards, digital painting, illustration, pixel art, and vector-based graphics.
• Interact with IDs/writers to understand customer and product requirements.

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-on experience with AI animation tools (Runway, Pika, etc.).
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, or similar motion design software.
• Strong understanding of animation principles—timing, spacing, easing, movement, and visual rhythm.
• Ability to convert scripts and ideas into compelling animated content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
