You might really grab our attention if you have:

  • 13 - 15 years of experience in software development. **Not looking for 18+ years of experience, Max experience should be 15 – 16 years. **
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, with at least 3 years in an architectural or leadership position.
  • Hands-on expertise in AI/ML frameworks and experience deploying AI solutions at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks and excellent knowledge on prompt engineering, prompt design patterns, Advanced RAG ,Agentic AI ecosystem , base mode fine tuning etc.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML offerings.
  • Strong grasp of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Strong understanding of various vector databases, embedding models and various base models
  • Proficiency in implementing security protocols and data compliance frameworks
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
  • Experience in setting up large-scale digital platforms with AI-driven capabilities.
  • Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and explainability.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements, design scalable and innovative solutions, and align technology frameworks with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, integrating AI-driven technologies to enhance processes, optimize workflows, and deliver exceptional business outcomes.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights and vice versa.
  • Oversee the delivery of AI-enabled solutions, ensuring timely execution, adherence to quality standards, and realization of business value.
  • Work closely with legal experts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Architect solutions that are scalable, secure, and optimized for real-time arbitration use cases
