AI Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end AI/ML solutions — from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (business, product, data, and engineering teams) to identify opportunities for AI adoption and automation.
• Select and evaluate appropriate AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and tools (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI, etc.).
• Lead and mentor data scientists, ML engineers, and developers in solution implementation and best practices.
• Ensure AI models are scalable, secure, explainable, and compliant with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Design MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and model monitoring.
• Conduct POCs and feasibility studies to assess new AI technologies and methodologies.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to define data architecture and ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility.
• Develop and enforce AI architectural standards, design patterns, and documentation.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI trends, tools, and research to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.

Preferred Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in AI/ML solution design and development, with at least 3 years in an architectural or leadership role.
• Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java, and experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization/orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, etc.)
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts — ETL, data lakes, pipelines, and real-time processing.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines).
• Strong understanding of AI ethics, model interpretability, and responsible AI principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams.
