AI Teacher (Classes IX–XII) –

As per CBSE Norms Educational Qualifications (Any ONE of the following)

Option 1: Engineering / Technology Background

• B.E. / B.Tech in:
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Artificial Intelligence
• Data Science
• Electronics & Communication
• With B.Ed. (preferred, especially for regular teaching posts)

Option 2: Computer Applications

• BCA / MCA
• With B.Ed. or teaching experience (preferred)

Option 3: Science / Mathematics Background

• Graduation in Science / Mathematics / Statistics
• Plus recognized certification in AI / Machine Learning / Data Science
• Plus B.Ed. (preferred)

Mandatory / Strongly Preferred Certifications

CBSE encourages AI teachers to have training from:

• CBSE Centre of Excellence (CoE)
• CBSE–Intel / CBSE–IBM / CBSE–Microsoft AI training programs
• Online certifications in:
• Artificial Intelligence
• Machine Learning
• Python Programming
• Data Analytics

Teaching Eligibility

• Ability to teach:
• Artificial Intelligence (Class IX–X) – Skill Subject
• AI / Data Science / Applied AI (Class XI–XII) where offered
• Familiarity with CBSE curriculum, assessment pattern, and project work

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of:
• AI concepts, ethics, and applications
• Python / basic programming
• Data handling and visualization
• Ability to guide:
• Practical work
• Case studies and projects
• Interdisciplinary learning (AI + other subjects)
• Good classroom management and communication skills

Experience (Desirable)

• Teaching experience at secondary / senior secondary level
• Experience in:
• Coding instruction
• Project-based learning
• AI labs / digital classrooms

CBSE Compliance Notes

• AI is treated as a Skill / Elective Subject under CBSE
• Teacher must be professionally qualified and trained & Fluency in English
• Schools must maintain certificates and training records for CBSE inspection
• Regular CBSE upskilling / refresher training is encouraged

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 60 months

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹50,000.42 per month

Work Location: In person
