Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced AI & Automation Developer to help design and implement intelligent systems that improve how we operate — from sales and marketing to client onboarding and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world business challenges through code, APIs, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI or automation tools that improve sales, marketing, and operational efficiency.
• Integrate CRMs, communication systems, and reporting platforms using APIs and workflow automation tools.
• Build and test prototypes using frameworks like OpenAI, Zapier, or Make (Integromat).
• Research new AI tools and models and suggest practical business applications.
• Collaborate with leadership to turn automation concepts into real products and processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software development or automation (Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or similar).
• Experience with AI frameworks or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, or comparable platforms).
• Understanding of data flows, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• (Preferred) Background in fintech, SaaS, or payment processing systems.
