AI Automation Developer

The AI Automation Developer will be responsible for the rapid design, development, and maintenance of internal applications that streamline Cilantro’s operations. Using AI-first development tools, the AI Automation Developer will transform manual business processes into functional, and automated digital tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use AI development tools to build and deploy internal web applications and dashboards.
• Work closely with Cilantro’s internal teams to map out manual workflows and translate them into logical, automated digital processes.
• Connect internal tools with our existing ecosystem (e.g., communication tools like Teams/Slack) via APIs and/or middleware.
• Monitor developed applications performance, troubleshoot bugs generated during AI builds, and continuously update tools based on feedback from internal teams.
• Create "How-to" guides for internal teams and provide training to ensure high adoption of the developed tools.

• Ability to translate manual business processes into automated digital workflows.
• Strong skill in converting business needs into clear system requirements and logic.
• Product mindset with the ability to prioritize high-impact features.
• Hands-on experience with AI-first development tools and prompt engineering.
• Experience building internal tools, automations, and MVPs quickly.
• Knowledge of system integrations using APIs or middleware.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
