AI Automation Engineer

We are a UK-based technology-driven organisation committed to digital transformation and smart automation. We're expanding our capabilities and are looking for a highly motivated AI Automation Engineer to lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions that automate processes, enhance productivity, and drive innovation across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and ML models to automate business workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities and recommend suitable AI/ML technologies.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum ROI.
• Use tools like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and RPA platforms such as UiPath or Power Automate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software developers, and operations).
• Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Document automation processes and provide technical support when required.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, NLP, computer vision, and RPA.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML development and automation engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and libraries like Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, etc.
• Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and RESTful integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Background in data science or business analytics.
