Job OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Junior Meta Ads Specialist / Meta Ads Executive with 1&ndash;2 years of hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns across Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for lead generation, conversions, engagement, and brand awareness.</li><li>Conduct audience research and build custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.</li><li>Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, targeting, and placements.</li><li>Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.</li><li>Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.</li><li>Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, trends, and algorithm changes.</li><li>Assist in budget allocation and campaign scaling strategies.</li><li>Ensure Meta Pixel and conversion tracking are properly implemented.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of practical experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Meta Platforms Ads Manager and Business Manager.</li><li>Understanding of campaign objectives, funnel strategies, and audience segmentation.</li><li>Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking.</li><li>Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with eCommerce, lead generation, or agency-based campaigns.</li><li>Basic understanding of copywriting and ad creative strategy.</li><li>Certification in Meta Blueprint is a plus.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
