Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize Facebook and TikTok advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing lead generation and e-commerce campaigns while maximizing performance.
The specialist will be responsible for generating qualified leads, increasing sales, improving campaign performance, and providing data-driven recommendations.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management
Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across Facebook and TikTok.
Develop campaign strategies for lead generation and e-commerce objectives.
Create and optimize campaign structures, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
Monitor daily campaign performance and make optimization decisions.
Audience Targeting & Retargeting
Conduct audience research and segmentation.
Build custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
Implement remarketing strategies for website visitors, engaged users, and existing customers.
Performance Optimization
Improve key performance metrics including:
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Conversion Rate
Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages.
Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
Tracking & Analytics
Set up and manage Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel.
Configure conversion tracking and events.
Analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Creative Collaboration
Work closely with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Provide recommendations for ad copy, images, videos, and offers.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads campaigns.
Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.
Experience with Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel setup, and event tracking.
Knowledge of audience building, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
Experience with A/B testing and performance reporting.
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Preferred Skills
Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce.
Understanding of sales funnels and customer journeys.
Basic knowledge of CRM integrations and lead management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Generate qualified leads within target CPL.
Achieve profitable ROAS for sales campaigns.
Increase conversion rates while reducing acquisition costs.
Deliver accurate weekly and monthly reports.
Efficiently manage and optimize campaigns within a budget of up to PKR 200,000 per month.
