Meta Ads Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns focused on lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Develop effective ad strategies to generate high-quality leads.
• Create and test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign structures.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve CPL (Cost Per Lead), lead quality, and conversion rates.
• Conduct audience research and targeting for relevant customer segments.
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and tracking where required.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Continuously test and implement new strategies to improve ROI and lead generation results.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience as a Meta Ads Specialist / Facebook Ads Specialist.
• Strong experience in lead generation campaigns.
• Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
• Experience with lead generation is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage advertising budgets and achieve performance targets.
• Knowledge of tracking, analytics, and conversion optimization.
