Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Junior Meta Ads Specialist / Meta Ads Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns across Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for lead generation, conversions, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Conduct audience research and build custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, targeting, and placements.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, trends, and algorithm changes.
- Assist in budget allocation and campaign scaling strategies.
- Ensure Meta Pixel and conversion tracking are properly implemented.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of practical experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Platforms Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Understanding of campaign objectives, funnel strategies, and audience segmentation.
- Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with eCommerce, lead generation, or agency-based campaigns.
- Basic understanding of copywriting and ad creative strategy.
- Certification in Meta Blueprint is a plus.
