Part-Time E-commerce Ads Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time E-commerce Ads Specialist with a proven track record of managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce businesses. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience running profitable campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, with a strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and ROAS-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
  • Develop customer acquisition and retargeting strategies.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS while maintaining target CPA/CAC.
  • Conduct audience research, segmentation, and lookalike audience creation.
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently.
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports.
  • Track conversions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion API.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
  • Stay updated with advertising platform changes and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience managing paid advertising for e-commerce brands.
  • Proven experience scaling profitable e-commerce campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with attribution models and multi-channel marketing.
  • Experience with AI-powered advertising tools is a plus.
