Prime System Solutions is looking for a results-driven and analytically sharp Performance Marketing Specialist to lead all paid media and growth marketing initiatives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, blending technical precision with creative insight — capable of managing budgets, interpreting data, and leveraging AI-driven tools and algorithms to improve performance, personalization, and profitability across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging AI-powered advertising ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution

Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, Bing, TikTok, and programmatic/display platforms

Develop and implement AI-assisted performance strategies using automation, predictive audiences, and machine-learning bidding models

Launch and manage Performance Max, Advantage+, and Smart Shopping campaigns to maximize ROI and reach

Conduct audience segmentation and retargeting using data, lookalike, and intent-based targeting
-
Execute and document structured A/B and multivariate testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copy

Ensure pixel, event, and conversion tracking is accurate via GTM and GA4
Analytics, Optimization & Dashboards

Monitor and analyze campaign data through GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Looker Studio

Build interactive dashboards for leadership visibility on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and retention

Identify performance trends and algorithmic shifts affecting reach, conversions, or CPMs — and adjust bidding and targeting strategies accordingly

Use AI-powered analytics tools for forecasting, anomaly detection, and creative performance scoring

Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights, learnings, and actionable next steps
Budget Management & Forecasting

Manage daily and monthly ad budgets to ensure optimal pacing and efficiency across channels

Create accurate spend forecasts and profitability projections

Continuously analyze return metrics to inform scaling and re-allocation decisions
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with creative, content, and SEO teams to align messaging and visual direction with product objectives

Collaborate with the product marketing team for offer positioning, funnel optimization, and customer journey mapping

Work with the development and analytics teams to troubleshoot tracking or conversion discrepancies
AI & Emerging Platform Integration

Stay ahead of AI-driven advertising developments including Meta Advantage+, Google PMax, and TikTok Smart Optimization

Experiment with AI content generation tools (image, video, and copy) to scale creative output responsibly

Build and optimize AI-powered digital stores on platforms like Meta Shops, TikTok Shop, and Shopify AI, ensuring automated catalog feeds and dynamic ads are functioning seamlessly

Evaluate new commerce integrations, API connections, and automation frameworks to reduce manual work and enhance speed-to-market
Continuous Learning & Innovation

Keep up with ad algorithm changes, privacy updates, cookie-less tracking, and attribution evolutions

Explore emerging paid channels, AI predictive bidding, and conversion APIs

Benchmark competitors and run controlled experiments to validate new tactics

Contribute to internal playbooks, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing for the marketing team
Requirements
Must Have
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

3-5 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably within e-commerce or wellness
-
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio

Solid understanding of PPC, remarketing, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail

Ability to interpret data, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated comfort with AI tools, automation platforms, or dynamic ad solutions
