Paid Media Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Executive with experience in managing paid media accounts and supporting digital marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative functions, client coordination, account management, reporting, and assisting the marketing team with paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities Administrative Duties

  • Manage daily administrative operations and office coordination.
  • Maintain records, reports, and company documentation.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Handle client communications and follow-ups.
  • Monitor task completion and ensure operational efficiency.

Paid Media & Marketing Support

  • Assist in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media accounts.
  • Coordinate campaign launches, budget updates, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor ad account health, billing, and account access permissions.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and dashboards.
  • Liaise with clients regarding campaign updates and requirements.
  • Support the marketing team in audience research, campaign setup, and optimization activities.
  • Ensure advertising assets and approvals are obtained on time.

Client & Team Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact between clients, account managers, and internal teams.
  • Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain organized records of client communications and campaign documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Experience handling Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or other paid media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to prepare reports and analyze basic marketing performance metrics.
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and paid advertising strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
