We are looking for an AI Automation Expert who is passionate about artificial intelligence and can implement smart automation systems across our business. The ideal candidate must be an AI enthusiast with hands-on experience in building workflows, chatbots, voice agents, and automation tools that enhance productivity and customer experience.

Role Overview

As the AI Automation Expert, you will design, build, and manage AI-powered automation systems that streamline our marketing, sales, and operations. You will work with platforms like n8n, Make.com, and other automation tools to create intelligent workflows, chatbots, and voice agents.

This role requires a self-motivated, tech-savvy professional who stays updated with the latest AI trends, can work independently, and loves experimenting with new technologies. You will use AI tools efficiently to solve real business challenges and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build automated workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and similar platforms.

• Develop and deploy AI-powered chatbots for website, social media, and customer support.

• Build and optimize voice agents for lead qualification and customer inquiries.

• Integrate AI tools and APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Google AI, etc.) into business processes.

• Create automation systems for marketing, CRM, email campaigns, and data management.

• Implement AI-assisted content workflows and reporting dashboards.

• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, models, and automation trends.

• Train team members on using AI tools effectively and responsibly.

• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot existing automation systems.

• Document processes and create training materials for the team.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Data Science, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms.

• Strong expertise in n8n, Make.com, or similar workflow automation tools.

• Experience building and deploying chatbots (ChatGPT API, Dialogflow, ManyChat, Botpress, etc.).

• Knowledge of voice agent technologies (Vapi, ElevenLabs, Twilio, etc.).

• Understanding of AI APIs, prompt engineering, and optimizing AI outputs.

• Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for custom integrations.

• Familiarity with API integrations, webhooks, and databases.

• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing platforms.

• Self-driven, curious, and passionate about AI innovation and continuous learning.
