About the Role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, technical, execution-oriented Internal AI Automation Lead to identify, design, and deploy workflow automations across the business with agentic AI.
This role is focused on eliminating internal friction, reducing manual work, and increasing operating leverage across Sales, Professional Services, Internal Operations, Customer Support, Finance, and HR.
You will operate using modern AI tools and automation frameworks to ship functional, production-ready internal solutions that save time, reduce cost, and improve execution speed.
You will be expected to ship working systems, not ideas.
What You’ll Do
Workflow Discovery & Prioritization

Embed with business teams to observe manual, repetitive, or high-friction processes

Map end-to-end workflows and identify automation opportunities

Quantify time, cost, and risk reduction potential
Rapid Automation Development

Build internal tools using:

Python, Node, or similar scripting languages
-
LLM Coding Agents (Claude Code, Codex, ect)

RAG frameworks (LangChain, vector DBs)
-
Automation tools
-
Integrate with internal systems (CRM, Jira, NetSuite, Teams, etc.)

Deploy secure, production-grade internal automations
AI Application Design

Translate messy operational tasks into structured automation logic

Implement human-in-the-loop controls where required

Ensure proper data handling and security where needed

Maintain lightweight documentation for governance

This is a hands-on builder role focused on operational leverage.
Required Experience

2+ years in software engineering, automation engineering, or technical operations

Demonstrated ability to independently ship working automation projects

Demonstrated ability to ship working agentic AI projects

Experience building with LLM APIs and modern AI tooling

Comfortable working across APIs and integrating disparate systems

Strong understanding of data security and responsible AI use

Highly self-directed; comfortable operating without detailed requirements

Exposure to SaaS operations (sales, implementation, support)
