AI Automation & RPA Bootcamp Trainer

We are launching an intensive AI Automation & RPA Bootcamp (10–12 weeks) and are seeking an experienced trainer to deliver the full program end-to-end.

This role requires a technically strong professional capable of covering automation lifecycle concepts — from business analysis and process discovery to bot development, AI integration, and enterprise deployment — with a strong emphasis on hands-on labs, real-world automation use cases, and certification readiness.

Role Overview

The trainer will be responsible for delivering the full bootcamp curriculum, ensuring structured progression from foundational automation concepts to advanced AI-powered automation solutions, culminating in certification readiness and practical deployment capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver all sessions across the full automation and RPA curriculum
• Design and facilitate hands-on labs, workflows, and bot development exercises
• Teach end-to-end automation lifecycle (process discovery → development → deployment)
• Provide real-world automation use cases and enterprise scenarios
• Support learners throughout the full program lifecycle
• Evaluate assignments and provide structured feedback
• Prepare participants for certification exams through mock assessments and guidance
• Ensure alignment and continuity across all modules

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in RPA, automation, or AI-related fields
• Strong experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath or equivalent)
• Experience in process discovery, PDD documentation, and solution design
• Hands-on experience in bot development (basic to advanced workflows)
• Knowledge of AI-powered automation and document understanding tools
• Experience with test automation and CI/CD integration
• Understanding of solution architecture and optimization in automation projects
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced development tools and agentic automation concepts

Teaching Requirements

• Proven experience in technical training, teaching, or mentoring
• Ability to explain automation concepts in a clear, structured, and practical manner
• Strong emphasis on hands-on labs and real-world automation scenarios
• Experience guiding student or junior-level automation projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering RPA or AI automation bootcamps
• Relevant certifications (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar)
• Experience preparing learners for certification exams
• Exposure to enterprise automation deployments
