AI & Automation Solution Engineer

The Role
Position Title: AI & Automation Solution Engineer Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: up to 26K AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A trusted holding group based in Dubai with diverse portfolio of businesses with Real Estate, Business set up, trading, IT, Accounting and other services. Job Description: • Leading the digital transformation initiatives across multiple businesses under the group. • Ensuring the discovery sessions with business teams to understand workflows, pain points, and requirements. • Writing custom code (Python, JavaScript, APIs) when off-the-shelf tools don't fit • Configuring and customizing SaaS platforms (Shopify, Jobber, Airtable, Retool, etc.)

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ of UAE experience designing and managing complex, multi-step workflows using Zapier, Make.com, or similar tools • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth; capable of reading technical documentation and integrating virtually any system efficiently. • Proficient in Python or JavaScript, with the ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable scripts • Fluent with AI tools - Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and emerging AI agents are part of your daily toolkit, not experiments
