AI Automation Specialist (AI Agents & Client Workflows)

LeadiumX builds AI voice agents and automation systems that help businesses capture leads, qualify prospects, and book appointments automatically. We’re hiring an AI Automation Specialist who can take an automation from idea → build → test → live deployment, and keep it stable in the real world. You’ll be working directly with the LeadiumX team.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and deploy AI-powered automations that connect voice agents, CRMs, SMS/email, calendars, and reporting.
• Implement workflows using Zapier / Make.com / n8n, APIs, webhooks, and clean data mapping.
• Integrate AI/voice agents into real systems (example: Retell AI → CRM → SMS/email → Calendar booking).
• Create logic that handles edge cases, retries, fallbacks, and error alerts (not just happy paths).
• Test, monitor, and optimize automations for reliability, speed, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain a clear automation library + documentation (Loom walkthroughs, SOPs, flow diagrams).
• Support client deployments by building repeatable templates and customizing integrations as needed.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years experience building production automations (Zapier, Make, n8n, Pabbly, or similar).
• Comfortable working with:
• APIs, webhooks, JSON, and basic authentication (OAuth/API keys).
• CRM workflows and data logic (any CRM is fine — we care about logic, not brand).
• Google Workspace automation (Sheets / Drive / Docs).
• Strong troubleshooting ability — you don’t guess, you debug.
• Clear communicator who can explain technical flows to non-technical teammates.
• Ownership mindset: once it’s live, you monitor it and improve it.

Big plus (not required)

• LLM / AI workflow experience (OpenAI / Claude, prompt testing, structured outputs).
• Voice/telephony platforms (Retell AI, Twilio, Aircall, Dialpad).
• Light scripting skills (Python / JavaScript) for custom logic or data cleanup.
• Experience in lead-gen, sales automation, or client delivery.

• Remote, PH-based
• Reliable laptop/PC
• Stable internet (10 Mbps minimum)
• Backup power or internet option
• Quiet workspace for focused build time + meetings

Schedule & compensation

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Compensation based on skill level and experience
• $8–$15 USD/hr depending on expertise.
