About the Role

IIDMS is seeking an experienced and industry-focused AI & Automation Trainer to deliver our flagship Certified Applied Generative AI & Automation Professional (CAGAP) program.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in Generative AI tools, Prompt Engineering, AI-powered productivity solutions, and business automation applications. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, business-oriented training to working professionals and corporate learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for the Certified Applied Generative AI & Automation Professional (CAGAP) program.
• Conduct practical workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises using leading AI platforms.
• Guide learners in applying AI tools to real-world business scenarios.
• Support participants in developing AI-powered workflows and automation projects.
• Develop and update training materials, assessments, case studies, and learning resources.
• Evaluate learner progress and provide mentoring throughout the program.

Required Expertise

Candidates should have strong practical experience in:

• Generative AI Fundamentals
• ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude AI, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity AI, and NotebookLM
• Prompt Engineering and Prompt Optimization
• AI-Powered Content Creation
• AI for Business Communication and Productivity
• Research and Report Generation using AI
• Workflow Automation Concepts
• No-Code and Low-Code Automation Tools
• AI Applications in Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Business Operations
• AI Governance, Ethics, Security, and Responsible AI Practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of AI training, consulting, or implementation experience.
• Experience delivering corporate training programs and professional certification courses.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Automation, or Digital Transformation.
