AI Business Analyst – Banking & Insurance

Job Description

We are looking for an AI Business Analyst to bridge business and technical teams for AI/ML solutions in Banking and Insurance . You will gather requirements, define solution scope, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage stakeholders to capture business goals and translate them into functional & non-functional requirements.
• Prioritize features based on business value and feasibility.
• Assess data readiness and collaborate with data scientists and architects on solution design.
• Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows using Figma and Miro.
• Support model training, validation, and ensure compliance with Responsible AI and regulatory norms.
• Define KPIs, track performance, and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
  
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong Generative AI fundamentals.
• 8+ years of experience
• Experience in Banking & Insurance domain.
• Proficiency in Figma and Miro for process visualization.
• Arabic language proficiency (verbal & written).
