AI Business Development Officer

About the Role

We are a fast-moving AI startup at the center of Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation, and we are hiring our first Business Development Officer.

This is not a traditional sales role. You will not be selling generic products or services. You will be selling intelligence AI systems that replace manual workflows, reduce operational costs, and transform how businesses operate. This is frontier work in one of the most exciting industries in the world, and we will train you to master it from day one.

The AI industry in Saudi Arabia is being built right now. Companies, government programs, and large-scale transformation initiatives are all happening at this very moment. We are positioned at the center of that wave, and we need individuals who will help drive it forward.

What You Will Do

  • Identify businesses ready for AI transformation and generate qualified opportunities
  • Present cutting-edge AI solutions to decision-makers, operations leaders, and C-level executives
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships rather than one-time transactions
  • Work directly with founders and core team members to negotiate and close high-value deals
  • Manage your own pipeline, track leads, and take full ownership of your results
  • Prepare regular updates on client progress, deal stages, and pipeline activity

Who We Are Looking For

Fresh graduate? That’s exactly who we want. We don’t need someone who knows everything we need someone who is willing to learn everything.

  • Fresh graduate or early-career candidate in Software Engineering, Computer Science, AI, IT, or a related field
  • Strong curiosity and understanding of how AI can transform businesses
  • Confident communicator who can simplify complex ideas and engage decision-makers
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve targets and close deals
  • Resilient and persistent able to handle rejection and keep improving
  • Strong Arabic and English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Saudi national (male or female)

Compensation & Growth

  • Base salary: 6,000 – 7,000 SAR/month
  • Salary increase upon closing your first client (clearly defined in contract)
  • Competitive commission structure based on project profitability (agreed individually)
  • No earning cap your income grows with your performance

Required Background & Skills

  • Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, IT, or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Confident presentation and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and proactive mindset
  • Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and explain them in simple terms
