Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced AI & Business Intelligence Specialist to support data-driven decision-making, strategic planning, and market forecasting. The ideal candidate will combine strong AI expertise with deep business strategy experience to deliver actionable insights that drive growth and competitive advantage.

This role is suited for a strategic thinker who understands AI-powered analytics, market intelligence tools, and long-term business planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage AI-driven Business Intelligence and Market Intelligence models.
• Analyze large datasets to identify market trends, customer behavior, and growth opportunities.
• Translate complex data insights into clear strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Support business strategy development using predictive analytics and AI tools.
• Monitor competitors, industry movements, and emerging market opportunities.
• Create dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentations.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, sales, and operations teams to align insights with business goals.

Key RequirementsExperience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AI, Data Analytics, or Machine Learning related to Business or Market Intelligence.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Strategist, Management Consultant, or Strategic Planning professional.

Technical Skills & Certifications

• Strong understanding of AI-based analytics, predictive modeling, and data visualization.
• Experience with BI tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or Strategic Management will be an advantage.
• Ability to interpret market data, financial trends, and competitive intelligence.

Strategic & Soft Skills

• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and advise senior leadership.
• Proven ability to convert data into business growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (as listed above) are highly preferred.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
