About the Role
We are expanding our AI and automation practice — both to drive transformation across our group companies and to deliver automation solutions to external clients across the GCC. We are hiring a senior AI Automation Consultant to lead this charge: someone who can walk into a business, understand how it actually runs, identify where AI and automation create real value, and architect solutions that get built and adopted.
This is a senior, client-facing role. You will own the discovery-to-solution arc: gathering requirements, mapping workflows, building business cases, designing automation architectures, and handing well-scoped specifications to automation engineers for implementation. You will work across departments internally (Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Customer Support) and directly with external client stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Lead discovery engagements with internal departments and external clients — interviewing stakeholders, mapping current-state workflows, and identifying automation opportunities with clear ROI.
- Translate business problems into AI and automation solution designs: agent workflows, integrations, RAG systems, document processing pipelines, voice and call analytics, customer-facing assistants, and back-office automation.
- Build business cases with quantified impact (cost savings, time recovered, error reduction, revenue uplift) and present them to leadership and clients.
- Architect end-to-end solutions using modern AI tooling — LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI), automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier), agent frameworks, vector databases, and integration with CRM, ERP, HRMS, and telephony systems.
- Write detailed solution specifications and acceptance criteria that automation engineers can implement without ambiguity.
- Partner with engineering during build, validate outputs, design evaluation methodologies, and ensure solutions actually work in production.
- Lead pilot rollouts, drive user adoption, and create the SOPs, documentation, and enablement materials that make solutions stick.
- Support pre-sales for external client engagements: scoping calls, solution demos, proposal input, and SOW contributions.
- Establish responsible-AI practices: data handling, output validation, human-in-the-loop design, and security considerations.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a consulting, solutions, or transformation role — with at least 2 years focused on AI, automation, or intelligent workflow design.
- Proven track record of delivering automation or AI projects end-to-end, from discovery through production rollout, with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong business acumen: comfortable in a room with COOs, CFOs, and department heads; able to map P&L impact to operational change.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with LLMs (Claude, GPT, etc.), advanced prompt engineering, and agent design patterns. Prompt engineering alone is not enough — we expect fluency in building reliable, evaluated AI systems.
- Working knowledge of automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar) and the ability to integrate with APIs, webhooks, and enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with at least one of: CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), ERP (ERPNext, NetSuite, SAP), HRMS, or telephony / contact-center platforms.
- Excellent written communication — you can produce a discovery report, a solution architecture document, and a client-ready proposal without hand-holding.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable leading workshops with mixed technical and non-technical audiences.
Bonus Points
- Python or TypeScript proficiency sufficient to prototype, debug integrations, and review engineering work.
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, and evaluation frameworks for LLM applications.
- Background in logistics, telematics, fleet, or supply chain operations.
- Experience selling and delivering to GCC enterprise clients.
- Prior founder, operator, or in-house transformation lead experience.
Why This Role
You will have an unusual scope: real internal businesses to transform across our group, plus external client engagements that are commercially meaningful. You will work directly with leadership, own outcomes end-to-end, and have the budget and authority to bring in tooling and engineering support. If you have been frustrated by consulting roles where you produce decks but never see solutions ship — this is the opposite.
