Key Accountabilities

AI-Assisted Content Production

• Create blogs, landing pages, ad copies, and other digital content using AI tools.
• Maintain brand voice, style, and messaging across all outputs.

Campaign & Website Content

• Develop content for websites, campaigns, social media, and paid marketing initiatives.
• Ensure content supports campaign objectives, performance metrics, and conversions.

SEO & Performance Alignment

• Collaborate with SEO and Paid Marketing teams to ensure content aligns with keywords, search intent, and performance goals.
• Optimize AI-generated content for search engine visibility and engagement.

Content Scalability & Consistency

• Deliver high-volume content without increasing costs, ensuring speed and quality at scale.
• Implement processes and tools for consistent content production across multiple campaigns and platforms.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with Marketing Manager, SEO, Social Media, and Paid Media teams to integrate content across initiatives.
• Track performance and provide insights on content impact, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate AI-assisted content for blogs, landing pages, ad copies, and digital campaigns.
• Ensure content aligns with SEO and performance marketing objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency, tone, and messaging across all outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content into campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Implement content production workflows for speed, scalability, and efficiency.
• Monitor content performance metrics and optimize based on engagement, traffic, and conversion data.
• Stay updated with AI content creation tools, techniques, and best practices.

Requirements & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 2–5 years in content creation, digital marketing, or AI-assisted content development.
• Experience with AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) is highly preferred.
• Understanding of SEO, digital marketing campaigns, and performance optimization.
• Ability to produce high-quality content at scale without increasing costs.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong writing and content creation skills across formats (blogs, ads, landing pages).
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword optimization, and content performance tracking.
• Proficiency with AI content generation tools and workflows.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate content performance and optimize outputs.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to maintain speed, consistency, and quality in content delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
