Full-Time · Remote Reports to Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Generate AI images and videos for brand campaigns, product visuals, commercials, and social content
• Produce ultra-realistic visuals suitable for premium commercial use
• Work with node-based AI workflow systems to build structured generation pipelines
• Manage the full workflow: brief → prompt engineering → generation → iteration → retouching → delivery
• Retouch AI outputs in Photoshop — fixing artifacts, hands, faces, text, and lighting
• Assist with basic video editing and colour grading when needed
• Build prompt libraries and stay current with the latest AI models and techniques

Requirements

• Strong creative eye — you understand composition, lighting, colour, and what makes a visual feel premium
• Experience producing ultra-realistic AI images and videos
• Proficiency with at least 3 major AI platforms (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Flux, Sora, Freepik, Higgsfield, or similar)
• Experience with node-based AI workflows (ComfyUI, Martini, Freepik Mystic, or similar)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for retouching
• Basic video editing and colour grading is a strong plus
• Good communication skills in English

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
