Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and technically curious AI Content Creator who specializes in AI video generation and prompt-based filmmaking.

In this role, you will create cinematic videos, ad creatives, reels, and short-form content using advanced AI tools and structured prompts.

You will play a key role in transforming ideas into high-performing, scalable content formats for ecommerce brands and digital campaigns.

Think of it as directing ads and films — but powered by AI.

Key Responsibilities AI Video Creation & Content Production

• Create high-quality videos using AI tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Produce ad creatives, reels, short videos, and storytelling content
• Direct AI-generated scenes (camera angles, lighting, motion, composition)
• Develop performance-focused creatives for ecommerce and paid ads

Prompt Engineering & Experimentation

• Design and refine prompts for consistent and scalable outputs
• Experiment with storytelling formats and creative angles
• Optimize prompts for ad performance and engagement

Template & System Development

• Convert winning creatives into reusable templates
• Build scalable content systems for repeated use across brands
• Help develop frameworks for rapid content production

Creative Direction & Quality Control

• Maintain high visual and storytelling quality
• Identify and fix visual inconsistencies or AI errors
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for performance improvement

Requirements

• Strong interest in AI video creation, content, or filmmaking
• Basic experience with AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) preferred
• Understanding of basic cinematography (angles, lighting, composition)
• Strong creativity and visual storytelling ability
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt
• Interest in social media content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in video editing, filmmaking, or content creation
• Experience with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, etc.)
• Prompt engineering experience
• Background in media, marketing, design, or related field
