Creative Head

Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Head with strong strategic and creative thinking skills to shape brand communication and lead creative execution across channels. The role involves concept development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the creative process from concept development through final execution, including marketing campaigns.

· Mentor and guide designers, copywriters, and other creative team members.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated brand solutions.

· Review and refine creative work to ensure consistency and high quality.

· Stay current with industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging creative formats.

· Apply a strong understanding of brand building and consumer behaviour.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in a creative leadership role
  • MBA in Marketing
  • Proven experience planning and executing FMCG based brand initiatives, promotional efforts, and marketing campaigns
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, storytelling, and execution excellence
  • Ability to combine creative thinking with data-driven insights and business strategy

Preferred Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, content ecosystems, and brand building
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
