Role Description

This is a contractual, on-site role for an AI Creative Director based in Noida. The AI Creative Director will oversee the creative direction of projects, utilizing storytelling and strategy to craft compelling campaigns and content. Day-to-day tasks include developing creative strategies, collaborating with branding teams, leading art direction, and integrating AI-driven content design into deliverables. The role also involves providing guidance to design and production teams to ensure alignment with the company's vision and delivering impactful, trend-setting content.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Direction and Filmmaking to craft compelling and innovative AI films.
• Expertise in Generative AI - Ai Image/video models like Kling, Seedance, Hailuo, Nano Banana Pro, Seadream.
• Experience in fostering collaboration and guiding multidisciplinary teams towards meeting project goals
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with current creative and digital marketing trends that resonate with modern audiences is a plus

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida Sector 16, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Generative AI: 3 years (Required)
• Filmmaking: 5 years (Preferred)
• Video Editing: 3 years (Preferred)
