AI Creative Producer

Pay range: Php 40,000 to Php 70,000

Images. Video. Automation. We're hiring someone who builds entirely with AI — fast, taste-driven, and obsessed with shipping.

Not someone who uses AI. Someone whose craft is AI.

You think in prompts, workflows, and pipelines. You can take a one-line brief to a finished image, a 30-second video, and a fully automated publishing pipeline before most people finish their coffee. This is a hands-on role for someone who's equal parts art director, prompt engineer, and automation builder.

Duties

1. Produce visual content at scale- High-quality AI images, videos, and motion content for marketing, social, and brand campaigns.

2. Build automated pipelines - Design content systems that turn briefs into finished, on-brand assets without manual handoffs

3. Develop prompt & style libraries - Reusable ComfyUI workflows, prompt templates, and brand-consistent visual systems.

4. Iterate fast - Multiple concepts a day. Refine on feedback. Continuously raise the quality bar.

5. Stay on the edge - Test new tools and models the week they launch. Integrate the ones that move the needle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in video editing, post-production, and social media management with a portfolio demonstrating creative projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting ideas effectively
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling scripts, captions, and technical documentation
• Ability to interpret project requirements accurately and translate them into innovative visual content
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for reaching diverse audiences effectively
• Knowledge of AI tools used in creative workflows is highly desirable
• Experience in journalism or storytelling is advantageous for creating authentic narratives
